I practice Inclusive Economic Strategies. Paadio Consulting is an Inclusive Economic Development enterprise that specializes in working with micro businesses to build capacity, acquire resources, and professional development. We are a catalyst for agencies, institutions and corporations to internalize Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) as a normal way of operation.

Jude Nnadi is a consultant, a mentor, a trainer and an entrepreneur - an engineering and MBA graduate, who has prodigious experience leading business and helping others with their strategy. As a consultant to a Fortune 500 company leading their efforts to penetrate the West Africa market and firmly establishing them as leaders in the sub-region, Jude picked up a host of skills and business acumen. 

Jude is an altruist who loves people; in the physical realm, he is the CEO of Paadio Consulting that provides training, strategic planning, and professional development for micro and small businesses, focusing on the Black, Indigenous & People of Color (BIPOC) community. Paadio conducts Needs Assessment and Community Engagement for agencies and corporate bodies to improve their trust and relationship with BIPOC community. On the social real, he is the founder and president of Minnesota African Coalition (MAC), a Minnesota based organization focused on empowering African immigrants to achieve their American Dream. 

He accepted Gov. Tim Walz’s appointment to serve on the board of the Council for Minnesotans of African Heritage (CMAH). As an exceptional leader and cultivator of mutually beneficial partnerships, Governor Walz also appointed Jude board member, Governor’s Council on the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday.

He was recently appointed by DNC as a Fellow for President-Elect Biden. As an avid community organizer and grassroot campaigner for over a decade in Minnesota, Jude Nnadi is the go-to-person regarding social, economic, and political matters relating to Africans in Minnesota. Jude is chairing Minnesota African Coalition COVID-19 Taskforce (MACC-T) created by organizations and African leaders responding to this pandemic that has disproportionately affected us. 

MAC is a member of the City of Saint Paul Legislative Advocacy Workgroup (a statewide coalition of community of color leaders and organizations advancing racial justice and economic equity in Minnesota.
